It’s NL200 at Party. You (200 stack) have AA in MP and raise it to 20; LP (200ish stack as well) calls. All others fold.
2 to the flop with 46 in pot.
Flop is 2c 8h Ks. You bet 37; LP calls. 120 in pot….
Turn is 5d…..The question is if he has 88 for instance, is there any way not to lose your whole stack here?
For me, with 143 left and a pot of 120, that I’m going to fire again at, I’m pretty much pot committed.
The basic question:
If your big pair runs into a set on a non-scary board, do you always lose your 50bb stack???
