"Austrian Masters" 2004 in Vienna

Is this tournament a WPT tournament? I was looking around on intertops.com and saw this tournament and it seems like it'd be really easy to qualify for. Any one have any other info about it? I don't really know much about it.

No, we don´t have any WPT tourney in Austria. This is a €1000 (~$1200) buy in LIHE event.

The biggest event in Austria takes place every March and is called the E-WSOP. Buy in €2000 (~2400), and it has the same structure (2 hours rounds, 10k in chips, 25/50 first round, ...) as the WSOP championchip event. Anyone who´s ever close to the vienna during that time should really consider playing this event.

Do you happen to know what the starting chips and blind structure for the LHE Master's event might be? I was going to ring up the Casino but I really dont want to pay for the international call /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I just won myself a seat so ill be in your neck of the woods next month. I know there is at least one other poster who is going to be there so maybe we could have the first annual Vienna 2+2 meet up. Im pretty excited about this trip....more so to do the touristy stuff but the poker will be fun as well. Any advice/imput you could offer about the casino and vienna in general would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
