#1 - I'd raise this pre-flop. The rest is good. The button is a moron.

#2 - Unless I know UTG to be a loose raiser, I'd muck this pre-flop. After he checks through on the flop, I might bet into him on the turn.

#3 - It's tough to bet on that flop. I'd probably have to know that MP3 was very loose to bet out. After it's checked through on the turn and he checks to you again on the river, I'd bet it. If he has you beat you'd hear about it by now.

#4 - I check the flop here a lot, but if you are sure you'll get 3 or more callers then betting out is a good play.

#5 - Looks good. I'm not sure if you should bet the river here or not. Sure seems like MP3 has been hanging around for the flush to hit. I'd like to see what others say about the river here.

Hey Shargrass:

Hand 1: Raise preflop.

Hand 2: Definitely fold pre flop. This is a UTG raise, not a button blind steal raise.

Hnad 3: With only one opponent, I bet the turn. You can always check behind on the river.

Hand 4: Fine.

Hand 5: I bet this river, but I understand your hesitation. MP3 is calling all the way with a lot of heat...sure smells like a flush draw.

Hand 1: Raise preflop! Bet flop, good. Bet turn, good. Bet river, good. Lucky for you button is a complete idiot

Hand 2: Easy fold preflop

Hand 3: Keep betting! Don't let the overcards scare you..If MP3 raises you on the turn you can probably fold unless he's some kind of maniac

Hand 4: Looks fine

Hand 5: I prefer to just bet out on the flop but it looks like your c/r worked out well. Bet the river

I'll take a stab:

1) Raise preflop. I think the rest is fine.
2) Fold preflop. Rest is fine.
3) I'd probably bet the turn and fold to a raise. For the river, I'd check it through.
4) Fine and dandy in my opinion.
5) I'd probably bet the river and call a raise.

Hand One:
Raise PF. I hope you sent the button a nice thank you note for not taking any more of your money.

Hand Two:
KTo sucks. You're out of position, he's showing strength, and the pot is tiny. Might be tight weak, but you could fold this and move on to the next hand.

Hand Three:
Nice aggression on the flop. Why did you slow down on the turn? Fire away - if he's got a K or A, another K doesn't change the situation.

Hand Four:
Standard.

Hand Five:
Well played.

Shargaas,

Hand 1 - Raise pre-flop...looks good after that.

Hand 2 - Easy fold PF

Hand 3 - I think you should bet the turn and check the river.

Hand 4 - good

Hand 5 - I think you need to grit your teeth and bet the river. Tough one to bet though.

This has been very enlightening, thanks all.

Is it just me or should I have raised pre-flop in Hand 1? And is that the worst played set ever. Man I could have lost a lot on that hand.

I should fold hand 2, no doubt, not sure why I called.

Hand 3, I bet out hoping he'd fold, why I didn't bet the turn, I am not sure now, but next time, I am betting heads-up

Hand 4, missed my flush and gut-shot, ah well

Hand 5, I didn't bet the river because i didn't want to open up to a raise. It's a one card straight and 3-flush board, I could very well get calls from worse hands but it is more unlikely than before, and I figured, I have to call a raise so maybe someone bluffs at this, I can call down for one bet instead of 2, and if I am beat I save a bet. Maybe I am too worried about saving bets on the river though.....

Hand 1: Raise preflop. I don't want to here any excuses.

Hand 2: Fold preflop.

Hand 3: Its ugly, but bet the turn.

Hand 4: I might bet the turn, but other than that this looks fine.

Hand 5: Ugly river. If you are gonna call a bet, I would consider betting and folding to a raise.

Edit: I thought the board double paired on the river. Without that happening I think you have a much easier bet, but you have to call the raise now.
