Anyone do anything different here?

Maniac = VPIP 78%, PFR 33.3%, WSD=41%, WonSD=68%

The maniac got a little better postflop. The other 2 players were just bad.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (6 max, 4 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG <font color="purple">(Badplayer)</font> calls, <font color="CC3333">Button <font color="purple">(Maniac)</font> raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, BB calls, UTG <font color="purple">(Badplayer)</font> calls, Button <font color="purple">(Maniac)</font> calls.

I raised here to try and isolate.

Flop: (12 SB) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 2/images/graemlins/club.gif, K/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(4 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, BB folds, <font color="CC3333">Badplayer raises</font>, Maniac folds, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Badplayer caps</font>, Hero calls.

Turn: (10 BB) Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Badplayer raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Badplayer caps</font>, Hero calls.

River: (18 BB) 9/images/graemlins/club.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="CC3333">Badplayer bets</font>, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 20 BB
<font color="#990066">Main Pot: 20 BB, between Hero and Badplayer.</font> &gt; <font color="white">Pot won by Badplayer (20 BB).</font>

Results in white below: <font color="white">
Hero shows Jh Kh (three of a kind, kings).
Badplayer shows Qc 5c (flush, king high).
Outcome: Badplayer wins 20 BB. </font>

I play Party 1/2 6max but I dont think there is anything u can do here.

He thought he could buy it and once Q hit on turn he was commited...nice hand bad result but you are the winner in the long run if played hand out numerous times.

I might just smooth call with KJs, hoping for 4 way action with this hand.

Wondering what other very good players would do?

I wouldn't try to isolate pre-flop, do bad players ever fold to a preflop 3-bet after limping in?

I'd probably bet the river and reluctantly call the raise. Is check-calling higher EV?

Your isolation play pre-flop probably won't work. Bad players have no problem calling two cold.

The rest of the hand is what it is.
