Why isn't bison's converter working for me?

Umm... go to hand history (Party Ring NL), copy text, paste into box, click convert... "this is not a recognized hand history format..." Go to chart... says party NL ring is a winner...

What am I missing here?

Make sure you have the entire hand, all lines. I tried earlier tonight and it said the same thing, but I had not copied the first two lines with the date and hand history number. Go back and make sure you are not missing any part of the history.
