finding leaks using poker tracker

how do i go about finding which parts of my game need improving through poker tracker stats? I am going through a pretty big slide right now, so i am going through my last ~1000 hands or so and seeing specifically which hands my money has been lost on, and whether it was a suckout on the river or just stupid play by me...

anything else i can do? are there any numbers i can look for to determine whether my post flop play is solid or not? as far as preflop, i've been tightening up due to my losing streak, and its been at ~13% lately.

sort by loss bb/hd and print it out. look for hands that you think don't belong there, and compare with pokerroom.com's 10-handed ev stats. won't mean much if you have less than 40k hands, though.
