My new toy has me quite intrigued. Does anyone frequent any good websites or forums where i can find out general info or just new gadgets regarding notebooks?
Thanks

If you're looking to play quite a bit and on multiple tables, consider getting a tablet.
The screen size is smallish even as far as notebooks are concerned, but the ease of playing with a pen vs. any other laptop cursor movin' mechanism is a significant advantage.
Much faster.
Much smaller liklihood of developing Carpal\'Tunnel.
They're quite a bit more expensive, but they do make playin' a breeze.

Hang on, i'm missing something. Rusty already owns his laptop, so can you get the tablet as an upgrade or would he have to buy a whole new laptop?

www.tomshardware.com (http://www.tomshardware.com) has alot of articles on the latest stuff. Most articles focus on how fast a certain computer can play quake, but there's info on other stuff too.

Get a notebook light (http://www.circuitcity.com/detail.jsp?c=1&b=g&u=c&catoid=-10123&qp=0&oid=41507&m=0). Great for playing in bed.

sorry. . .thought he was lookin' to get a laptop
no, you can't (to my knowledge) covert a laptop into a tablet, you gotta buy it as a tablet
(that's what i get for readin' the fora while whatchin' celebrities sit at a green felted table and make motions with plastic cards and clay chips)
