Online Poker legal in WA?

Question for a friend of mine.
Is online poker legal for American citizens in Washington State? Aside from the controversy regarding the wire act and the WTO ruling, are there state laws that make it illegal?

Federal laws supercede state laws. As internet gambling is illegal because of federal laws, any state laws that a foolish state might have do not matter.

Incidentally, spelling mistakes normally don't bother me, but for some reason I get nauseated at seeing 'supersede' spelt with a 'c'.
