Live 6/12 game @ Bay 101 in San Jose - $2 SB, button posts a live $3 drop.

Table's loose and peaceful. Not a lot of post-flop action, but a lot of calling.

This hand is so simple, you could frame it:

UTG+1 calls, CO calls, button folds, I raise, BB folds, others call.

UTG+1 is loose but not bad, and CO is a calling station.

Flop: J 3 3 rainbow

I bet, UTG+1 raises, CO calls. I call.

Turn: 8 rainbow

I check, UTG+1 checks, CO bets, I fold, UTG+1 calls.

I know this is a pretty straightforward hand, but I'm trying to cut down on my overcard chasing. Comments?

I rarely chase overcards when the board is paired. Even if you hit you won't know you're at. Your description of the table (loose passive) makes this an even easier fold.
