I just signed up at PStars and after completing a tourney I requested the summary. I also requested the hand history for the tourney. Importing these into Poker Tracker, only the tournament summary was accepted and I have no hands to go along with the tourney. Is this how it is for you? Also can 2 table SnG's be entered into Poker Tracker?

Did you request the hand history by number or using the 'last one played' option?

I've noticed a problem using the last one played option - I get sent the last but one instead. Therefore to get the one I need I have to enter the tournament ID directly.

One possible explanation may be that you are getting a hand history for a different tournament to the summary so it might be worth eliminating this possibility.

Other than that I've had no problems with the histories.

Also, if you request hands during the tourny by using the last X # of hands or last # hours, when you get the tourny hand histories they will show as hands already in the db.
