So in the light of gaming club guy hanging around this forum and seeming helpful i started my account back up there a month ago.

I've cashed out ~$6k and had $7k left in the acount when they just booted me off the system mid game in my $2000 buy in game. Before everyone asks about bankroll and what i was doing in there, i keep a bankroll in neteller and only sat at these stakes because of the weak players, i visit these stakes when they are weak and drop all my other tables to play one there.

No explaination, no email, can't get through to support.

Have you ever considered not cheating anymore?

If anyone thought my prior post in this thread was intended as serious then you need to visit a clinician. . .

Obviously a player who loses as much as Jay! does could not be cheating.

I hope Prima sorts out this problem quickly, I stopped dealing with them when I found out about Jay losing his account the first time.

My first account with prima was under a different casino. I've always liked the games at prima and gaming club seemed to be helpful around this forum. But thanks for your support and care to my issue and not posting a smug reply to me, oh wait.

You gotta call them.

I spent 2 hours on holding to their support lines last night from, but that was midnight GMT, i'm going to try again now.

True. This has happened to a lot of players at prima too, most got paid. The part that annoyes me the most is that they don't email, call or tell you why. Even after that and in dako's case they refuse to provide any evidence of why it was done. The common pattern is them locking accounts is a good player running good who plays high stakes, then banning when he gets big. My first month there has been good, but i've also had a 14 buy in down swing at $200 and been bust in the $600 - $800 lots.

The two reasons all the others seemed to got banned for was either chip dumping due to fraud credit card or colluding.

My credit card on the site has already been verified. I'll also happily send all the documents again to prove i haven't used someone else's credit card.

Collude wise, untill the last 2 days i've always played 4 - 5 NL tables 6 max, dealing 80hand/hour it must be impossible to collude. I've also never played regulary with any players, the only players i see regulary are the winning players who i wont sit at their games or will change games as soon as another table becomes open.

Jay, you sound sincere to me. If they end up heisting you for no good reason, it makes me wonder why anyone would play online. I got heisted by Choice and heard many other horror stories here. It's getting rediculous.

Hey.

Playing online isn't the problem. I've never had problems with any other poker networks. Playing on prima is the problem.

Here's the phone update.

30 minutes on hold. Get through to the first customer service guy who tells me it was prima who banned the account and when they do they generally don't open it again, he says they haven't told the casino why though. He then tries to get the poker specialist.

He meantioned to me the reason could be i have 3 alais accounts. The reason for that is when i moved to australia i was using a different account because i didn't have my account number with me in australia; not one of the most important details i try to remember when moving away. The first account was a fake money account.

I asked is having 3 accounts any reason to ban an account and he put me on hold without answer.

Poker specialist came on, after 10 minutes of holding, repeated the first guy and said he'll call prima now to find out. So i have to call back in 2 hours to find out.

Support seemed confused since prima banned it and i'm calling gaming club. Prima cancelled their support email address and ask all emails go to your casino though. Even gaming club support seemed surprised that prima hadn't given me a reason.

You must of missed the William Hill thread, as well as the threads to all those other sites that wont or can't pay out withdrawls.

Good luck Jay, I hope you get your money back.

I've heard of things like this happening increasingly frequently at Prima and I have half a mind to cash out right now and not return to The Gaming Club or any Prima site.

Seems like my money will be much safer at Party or Stars.

Phone update number 2.

This time sounded more promising, prima poker confirmed they locked the account because i have 3 accounts on there network. The reasons why are above. Gaming Club Support are trying to get all the funds switched back to my first ever account and have it unlocked, fine with me, i have a lot of hugely valueable fake money in that account.

I have no idea why prima would just auto lock my account for it instead of just emailing me and fixing it. Gaming Club Support have been very helpful though.

Jay, nice to see some people actually starting to realize Prima is a scamming network with massive problems in their administration.. When I posted about my prima problems they were disregarded as I was new here and I 'must have' cheated. 6 months later, people now see it wasn't BS!

The reason they are switching it to your original account is SIMPLE! the very first account you open on ANY prima network gets credited for your raked hands played regardless of which site you play at.

For example if you signed up at Royal Vegas then went to the gaming club because he was here posting regularly, The Gaming Guy does NOT get any of your rake when you play at his site, only Royal Vegas does.. lol

What a great idea, huh? Shows you how disorganized these people are... Simply put it is an in efficiant network that will be plagued with problems for a longgg time.

Had they played their cards right 6 months ago, they would be 2 - 3 times as big as they were then.. .without a problem.

Sigh. The long wait update.

They rang today to ask again about my accounts. Here's the run down of what happened with my accounts when i made them.

A long long time ago i made JayPee at Royal Vegas Poker (under the prima network) which was made before i knew how to play poker and was made only for fake money, since i never intended playing real money on that account, i'm pretty sure it's not even fully verified.

JayPee2 came about when i moved to Gaming Club. Gaming Club came along here, offered a lot of bonuses, actually gave support, i moved over.

1800GAMBLER (current account) came about when i moved to australia.

Anyhow, that's there confusion, yes it's more accounts than i need now and more accounts than i should have. None of the 2 older accounts have been active for years, but they somehow think JayPee was active throughout April, which makes me think:

That is happening. Seems like i'm playing through 1800GAMBLER and it's showing up under JayPee.

I suggested just leaving those current accounts banned, shipping the money over to JayPee and i'll play that one. Which it sounds like prima want to do, which would be bad for gaming club since they'll lose $200/day in rake.

Going to be another long week.

Hi.

Last update!

Prima are unlocking the account today. Good news. Gaming club have been a massive help in this. They have called me everytime they have heard anything and really pushed the issue. Easily the best casino on that network.

This should all be sorted now Jay and you would have received communication from our senior support staff giving you a breakdown of what's been done. We hope that you're happy with what we were able to arrange.
