Legal age to work at a casino?

I'm currently thinking of applying at a local casino to be a poker dealer. The gambling age here in Iowa is 21. Do you also have to be 21 to be a dealer?

I am a casino dealer in Iowa. According to the state you have to be 18 to work in a casino. We currently have two dealers under 21. If you are under 21 you are not allowed to be in the casino anytime other than when you are working. You would have to check with the casino though. When we first opened the casino itself elected not to hire anyone under 21 for work in the casino. They have since changed that policy.
