Last night I went to the card room at Harrahs in NO and there was a sign up about a Chris Moneymaker appearance. Apparently for a fee you can get an autograph. Uh...thanks but no thanks....
No truth to the rumor that Tom McEvoy will be selling his hand charts at the front door.
The thing that amuses me most about the McEvoy hand charts:
He couldn't even come up with his own catch phrase. "'S' for your success" is a blatant rip off of "leave of the last 'S' for savings", from 1-800-MATTRES. But there is no extra nor missing 'S' in McEvoy's product name.
Ok, maybe I'm a nit.

I was just thinking that some of the top pros could probably command "appearance fees".
I must've got the idea from Wild Bill in "Deadwood".
