Converter - Need Help

I have a confession to make: I think I am a pretty decent poker player but computerwise, I am just close to functionally illiterate. I use the net to surf, play poker, send and receive e-Mail, that's it. Can someone, tell me how to use the converter to post hands efficiently. A PM will do. Copy the hand history.
Paste it in the "in" area.
Hit convert.
Also Highlighting the bets etc makes it easier on the eyes.
