I'd 3-bet the flop.

Even if MP2 has a straight or flush, you're going to have 7 top boat outs on the turn and 10 on the river so that makes a flop 3-bet almost for value alone since you have another caller. Not to mention the fact that you're probably ahead here more often than not.
