Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed) No reads.

I'm pretty comfortable with my play preflop, flop and turn (but feel free to correct my misconceptions). On the river, should I have folded to this raise, called or check-called with four to a better straight and a flush out there?

8 handed and 2 folds to me if I would prolly raise pre flop if I was going to play it.

I check call the river for exactly the reasons you gave

If you check/call the river it cost the same number of bets but you get to see a showdown as well.

Thought about raising preflop, but like to be a few positions further along.
