2+2 & rgp

I haven't been on the 'net poker sites for a few years. 2+2 looks better than ever. Kudos to the Authors.

Question about rgp - my current ISP doesn't offer newsgroups, is there a place on the net that I can subscribe to newsgroups like rgp for free? If not, what pay sites do you recommend? All help is appreciated.
