Two questions:
1) What are the better books on NL Hold'em. I've read Sklansky's Hold'em for Advanced Players and his Theory of Poker, as well as various books on limit poker. But nothing on NL. I'm looking for recommendations suitable for, say, NL50 on Party.
2) How does one determine an adequate bankroll for NL. The standard 300 BB doesn't seem to apply. Or does it?
