I bet, UTG+1 (does not raise preflop with anything less than AK and does not semi-bluff) raises, MP (who I don't know anything about) calls, I make it 3-bets, UTG+1 makes it 4-bets.

Now I am 75% sure that UTG+1 has AJ. Should I fold this here?
