According to pokertracker, Jacks is my biggest losing hand. I have run into Aces 8 times out of the 50 times i have been dealt it. Almost all of the times I have been against Aces, I have had an overpair to the board. Does anybody have any good links to discussion on playing jacks, or what book has a good section.

The answer is to play more hands. You're on a bad run with JJ.

JJ is my 4th most profitable starting hand, after (surprise, surprise) AA, KK, and QQ.

I suspect that it is in almost all players top ten most profitable hands.

Stay the course. Raise with it preflop; tend to re-raise with it except to the tightest of raisers.

Be wary of overcards, but push that sucker if you end up with an overpair on the flop. Bet the turn even if an overcard hits. Don't tend to call down when raised on the turn with overcards on the board.

Also, fold JJ when your opponent has AA.

I will post some of my hands later, but I can't now since I can't open Party and PT at the same time or my computer slows or freezes.
