I am looking for software to run the clock on a tournament, similar to what they would have at The Orleans. Has anyone found/created something like this?

If you have a computer in the same room you are playing then use the clock by tourneytimesoft.com. I use it for home tourney's, it was only around $30 and it works great.

For $15: http://www.partysoftware.com/Poker_Tournament_Countdown_Clock.html
There's a free demo version also, but you can't save the structure so you'd have to retype it each time.

The demo version also has a max level time of 5 minutes, so unless you are going to run a really fast tournament, you're probably going to need to fork over the $15.
Me, I just use a kitchen timer. It's worked fine so far...

Try www.tournamentclock.com (http://www.tournamentclock.com) it is a little pricey, but very professional.

Whoops didn't see that part. You can just start with mega blinds I guess.
PS Be sure and buy your tournament chips from my website

www.homepokertourney.com (http://www.homepokertourney.com) has a free timer that's on its site.

I'm a big fan of the low-tech approach as well. The kitchen timer obligingly beeps at ten minutes and five minutes to keep everyone informed and we've got a dry-erase board near the table that lists the levels, blinds, and payout. Besides, the computer is too far from the poker room.
