What is the general strategy for loose tables, where everyone plays and stays to the river. You can't raise most playes out. Seems like the value of premium hands go down, and trash goes up. Is it more patience or do you have to play more loosely or fold post flop. Thank you in advance.

Value bet, value bet, value bet.

When you make a hand, or a big draw, bet a lot. When you make a small draw, like a gutshot, consider calling, otherwise get out and wait for the next hand.

Good luck,
play well,

HPFAP section on loose games is a must read. Contary to popular belief, it avocates playing looser preflop yourself - not tightening up.

Get it, read it, and read it again.
