Party Poker usually, and their will usually be a post here with the table name and password. First come, first serve.

someone will post a thread in micro limit asking if anyone wants to play, then a private table will be created at party...the name of the table and password will be in the thread...

P.S - Before you do this, I advise leaving an emergency phone number with the 2+2'ers who will be overseeing the process. Also bringing a change of clothes is a good idea. Sometimes it gets ugly.
