And for that matter what are all the posistional abreviations.

CO= cutoff, the position just before (right of) the button
SB= small blind
BB= big blind
UTG= first player to act before the flop
UTG+1= 2nd player to act before the flop
EP= early position (~one of 1st 3 to act)
MP= middle position (~one of next 3 to act)
LP= late position (CO and button)
This usage may not be universal.... Bisonbison had a post explaining the nomenclature for his hand converter a while ago-- you can find it by doing a search.
You can find some definitions by clicking on the abbreviations link on the left side of the screen. However, CO is not on the list. Boy, a real FAQ would be nice....
