That being said, also don't raise, or play, AJo UTG.

FWIW the player who bet into you on the river makes that play a lot.

My thoughts:

Pre-flop: Fold, call, raise. In that order.
(Since you raised pre-flop)
Flop: Bet, check/fold, check/call. In that order.
(If he's still around)
Turn: check-fold.
(Since it was checked though)
River: Fold

On the river your facing a bet with someone still to act behind you, what do you put them on?

Great result though.

the player still to act had his check fold button when i checked to him. And when the player bet about half the pot i just knew he had a busted draw. There was a bell going of wich said call. Had that bell a few times earlier and almost never been wrong.

Don't kid yourself--that guy doesn't even know what he has half of the time, so there's no way you know. He could just have easily had bottom pair or an underpair to the board.

It's nice that you won the pot, but you'll lose money taking that line with AJ over time.

You didn't know you could even beat a busted draw though. I have been called down with A-high many times in my NL career. Usually I just laugh and move on knowing those chips will get distibuted back to the table. On two occasions I immediately got up and left the game, I knew I had been outplayed and read to perfection. In this situation I tend to lead towards the former.
