These hand histories are extremely hard to read. How about cleaning it up:

Hero calls UTG, lots of other limpers, villian raises on the button, everybody calls, 7 take the flop.

Flop is [Qh,Ks,Th]. Everybody checks to villian who bets, hero calls, 3 others call, 5 take the turn.

Turn is [3d]. Everybody checks to Villian who bets, hero calls, one fold, 2 calls, 4 take the river.

River is dealt [3s]. Hero bets!!?? villian calls, hero has [Qd,4d] for queens-up with a King, villian folds.

Now isn't that a LOT easier to read?

Villian had JJ. What's the problem?

I cannot tell who "you" are but when there is a raise and 3 over-cards come to your flush draw you are pretty much dead to the flush. Do NOT raise to narrow the field but you may raise for value if you'll get 3 callers and won't knock anybody out. Checking and calling all the way is certainly reasonable especially since villian looks like the kind of guy who will, rightfully so, reraise to knock out YOUR customers. It should be EXTREMELY rare for you to fold your flush DRAW with no pair on board since you "fear" a bigger flush since by the time you get worried the pot is too big to fold.

Unless Hero is a genious, make a mental note that he thinks his hand got better when he "improved" to "queens-up". That should help guide you in other situations where he [1] makes an unexpected bet, or [2] you are fishing for a call.
