I've been playing profitably on-line now for over a year. I want to expand my game. I've been throwing out stuff like 4d 5d on the button with a raise and 6 handed.
The more i analyze suited connectors, the more I think I should call these with more than 4 people in the pot.
My analysis:
Flopping a "winning hand" - 2pr or better is like 1 in 25 (4%). Flopping great draws (4 to flush or outside str8 draws) is another 16%. So, 1 in 5 gives you a great or working hand. Of course, higher flushes abound.
Overall question: What is the cutoff for suited connectors? I play in B&M casinos, and every hand is 8 handed.
