You guys are slacking. This is my favorite sporting event of the year, so I guess I'll have to start a thread.
It has been a great first round so far. Upsets by Manhattan and Nevada. As I'm writing this Richmond is killing Wisconsin and Pacific is beating Providence. That was a great double overtime game last night between Dayton and Depaul also. Dayton almost pulled it out. Thats what makes this tourney great-the upsets.
I have Kentucky and UConn in the Finals with Kentucky winning. Kentucky was playing as good or better than anyone in the country coming into the tourney. However, if Okafor stays healthy UConn could definitely roll through.
Clarkmeister your Illinois team looked pretty good also. Definite Darkhorse potential.
