6 Handed Adjustments

What is the proper way to adjust the Sklansky/Malmuth
pre-flop strategies for 6 handed vs. 10 handed Texas Hold'em?

Do you simply assume the first 4 players folded and play as if you are in middle position with no callers?

Hmm....Just as a guess, I'd say you'd have UTG, MP1, CO, Button, SB & BB.

I'd also guess that you have to play a bit more aggressively and many times play hands you wouldn't in 10 handed (except when UTG).
