No real read on the main villians in this hand... I'm more interested in postflop play help.

Preflop: I'm getting 15:1 to call, assuming UTG->MP1 all call. Yes, T2 sucks. But they're suited!
Flop: I'm getting 19:1 to call. At the time I assumed 5 outs. I think it's likely the 2's are good outs, but what about the T?
Turn: 14:1 to call. Same as above...
River: I think I should've raised.
So, was my calling stationness correct? Would any of you have thrown in a raise?
