View Full Version : What are your Poker Tracker aggression numbers?

I am posting this in small stakes because all the hands I have imported so far are small stakes hands.
Poker Tracker seems to think I am as meek as a virgin bride pre-flop which is just ridiculous. My post-flop numbers are all quite high (3ish - 3.5ish). What kind of aggression numbers do you have? I am particularly interested in small stakes statistics.

It seems like the consensus is that the AF doesn't mean that much preflop and preflop raise % is a better indicator of aggression. My postflop numbers are similar to yours, all about 3.2.

The overall AF number is one that I have exported to my opponents player notes. It at least gives me a rough guide as to what type of player they are. My overall number is 1.5

Anyone else want to share?

There was a little bit of a discussion about aggression factor in this (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Number=573899&page=&view=&sb =5&o=&vc=1) thread a couple of weeks ago.
Where exactly do you see these and how are these numbers derived?

I remember the thread JTG linked to. Anyway, I think I may be a bit of a maniac. My numbers are:
1.14 pf
3.89 flop
3.49 turn
2.23 river
2.09 overall
I raise 9.44% preflop
This is for 5,000 hands

General Info Tab. Click on More Detail button.
AF = (Bet% + Raise%) / Call%
Incidentally, my numbers are:
0.69 PF (PFR 7.19%)
3.49 F
2.74 T
2.00 R
1.51 TOTAL
The benchmark PT gives for the TOTAL number is: greater than 1.5 = aggressive; less than 0.70 is passive. So I guess I'm just barely aggressive. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
This is 24,000+ hands at 2/4 and 3/6:
PF 0.51
F 2.61
T 3.58
R 2.43
Total 1.43
Given how the statistic is constructed, the preflop number isn't meaningfully comparable to the other streets since you technically can't "bet" preflop. You would have to raise 1.5 times as often as you limp to be "aggressive" preflop.

Yes you are a maniac, but I still like you.
This is an insanely small sample amount (1300 hands), but I've just started playing online.
Apparently, I'm a first class wimp! /images/graemlins/frown.gif
PF: .25
Flop: 1.60
Turn: 1.47
River: 1.40
Overall: .79
Either I ran into cold cards, or I'm chicken! In my defense, I got AK (suited or not) 18 times and managed to lose $30 combined between the 2 hands in a .50/1.00 game. /images/graemlins/confused.gif
