only 17,600 Players on Party

what happened?
Did Party decide to not include play-money players any longer in the total player count or is this just a very slow night???I'm not having any connectivity issues either..

btw in the last week or so I've noticed many of my regular games are not as fishy as usual...maybe it's just me
