Given the number of possibilities, you can get almost arbitrarily close to having an even three-way matchup. I used a calculator I've just written to randomly sample about 2% (a few hundred thousand) of the possible combinations to find the ones closest to being even.

Here are a couple that get extra credit for being reasonable pre-flop hands:
