Anyone know if you need to wear Partypoker gear if you happen to win a seat in their $300 WPT super tonight? Can't find anything on their website.

Players that make it to the TV table at WPT events aren't allowed to wear anything with any type of logo on it. Not even a hat from a sports team.

Why not play the WPT sats on stars intsead, where they don't allow all-in cheating, and even overlay your hotel stay?

Ok, good and bad rule, but I guess it answers my question, atleast for the final table.

Thx- Frank

Is this true? Aren't there 1 seat given for 20 entrants in the 600 cash tourneys? What is the extra 2k for? Do they give it to you? I can get and stay in vegas for a week for about 450.

Hey cracker, where can you stay in Vegas for such a low room rate?

Anywhere downtown is usually unreal cheap. Not sure about that week. Anyway, I looked at P* and they do comp the stuff. I was wrong. I don't think Empire or the others do. Good work stars.

Edit: I always stay on the strip but my parents stay downtown and kick it old school, well, because they're old. During the week they usually get rates around 30 or 40/night and weekends aren't much more.

Hey cracker, where can you stay in Vegas for such a low room rate?

In 1999 I stayed in La Concha (on the strip) with a friend for $32 per night each and $22 each at weekends.
It was rather , er , minimal, but gave us extra bankroll and was comfortable and clean enough.

if im looking for the nicer of the cheap rooms i like the stratosphere. mid sized casino with rooms at about 45-60$ a night. cheaper if you work a deal with them.

No mention of anything along those lines. 5 nights, 1,000 cash and a seat with a chance at 2 million. WOOF WOOF

Yes, if you get the 1 or 10 seat, a coat & tie, the 9 seat, you have to wear a orange and blue hat with matching t-shirt. 8 seat, beret. 7 seat, a v-neck sweater, 6 seat, a cowboy hat, 5 seat, shave your head, 4 seat a pink shirt, 2 seat a puke-green sweater with red turtle neck.

I still think all of those outfits are better than the jesters hat, multi-colored jesters suit and face paint that The Gaming Club makes you wear if they send you.
