My confidence is shaken and my ass is sore from the pounding I've been taking the last couple of days at party 2/4. -70BB with top and middle sets being cracked by fishies catching perfect perfect twice in one session, among other things. Give me advice, help me recover before I go on MEGATILT!

-70BB is not that big a deal. Get used to it. If you plan on playing a lot, there will be much worse. The important thing is how you deal with it. Don't go on tilt. Take a break if need be, read some poker books, review your play, post some hands, whatever. Just understand that this is an inevitable part of the game.
