Can someone tell me about "Pokertracker"? I have seen many references to it in others posts. What exactly does it do? Where can I buy it? How much does it cost? Do you consider it a valuable tool?

Thanks.

Don't listen to that clown. You're leaving money on the table if you play online poker without it.

It costs $55, and that's a lot of Frescas, but it's worth the investment. Before, I used to fall into the habit of playing borderline hands that I knew I probably shouldn't, but would anyway. Once red numbers started showing up in my Pokertracker stats next to those hands, I quit that bad habit in a hurry.

The numbers don't lie.

Plus, you can replay hands, compile stats on other opponents, track your SD and win rates...there's a bunch of goodies on there.

cant stop laughing. i am SOOOOO going to use that phrase on a regular basis.
Fresca itself makes me laugh.

now that p-tracker has the note-exporter thingee it is even MORE valuable than before.....and i thought it was pretty damn valuable in the pre-note-export days.
i love my p-tracker and think it can easily be good for an extra .5BB/hr per table if not more.
