Later this week, i plan on playing in 100 10 player SNG's in one day and my goal is to cash in 50% of them, which is tough, But i plan to cash at LEAST 40%, which is 3% under my current rate, and am looking to get a 1 day ROI of 40%, which is about 9% higher than usual. What is the most tourneys anyone else has ever played/ heard played in 1 day?

BTW, b4 anyone asks how, i play 4 at once, and average 6-7 per hour.

P.S. Cross-posted in 1 Table Tournaments forum.

I played between 20 and 25 ONE AT A TIME for 11 days out of 12 during the Paradise Promo of 2 years ago.

What level do you play?
Does the level affect your percentage in the money?

1. I'd rather not say.
2. I'm sure it does.

Since you're posting this here for general interest why not state the level? It makes a big difference. A 32% ROI at the 10 dollar level is unimpressive, it's great at the 200 dollar level. So, what gives?

I will clarify and make my long complicated original question easier for you to understand.

Why devote the time to SNGs rather than ring? Profit, enjoyment, other?

Reading the related thread in the SnG forum, it looks like he must be playing $10+1 multi-tabling.

While I too want to wish you good luck I also find myself asking why?.

Surely the quality of your play will be diminished. You will also suffer from fatigue at some point. While I don't care whether or not you actually follow through with it or not, I can't help but wonder how you can benefit from this.

So again I say Good Luck.....but why?

(Not intended to offend you....just curious)

why? because they are usually paused and cancelled on the first hand?
(sorry, i have never seen the words Party and Quicker in the same sentence)

Party is definately quicker (as unbelievable as it is GM /images/graemlins/wink.gif )

I have no idea why, I think it is the mentality of the software myself... But their ring games tend to be as quick as party's so I have no idea. But I do know it took me over an hour to win the one sit n go I won out of 2 played at paradise (20 level).

If he is playing at paradise and playing that many per hour there is NO WAY the level is above a mixture of maybe one $30.00 per hour 1 $20.00 per hour and the rest $10.00's.

It takes about 15 - 30 minutes for a 100.00 buyin game to start at paradise (which is their highest level).

$50.00's also take quit some time to fill up.. I am assuming he will play a mixture of $10 + $20 tables the day he attempts this.. Good luck let me know what day, maybe I will join (If I'm not moving into the new house or packing this one up lol) you for a couple of games.

I think 2 new SNGs start on Party every minute on average for each level. I am easily able to sit down at 4 or 6 within a few minutes of logging in.

The average time it takes me to play one SNG is 37 minutes with an average finish of 4.2, so 6 per hour is easy if someone's playing 4 at once.

Sounds like a fun challenge, keep us posted. I'm curious if you have a legit base to compare 1-2 at a time to 4? Since I got my new monitor I've been sticking to ring play as that seems more suited to 4 tables, but I suck so I'm thinking about going back to sng's. I gues I just need to try it. Good luck

well, we'll see. I may not be able to pull it off, but it's my everest. I may post my screenname if anyone wants to sweat/cheer me on, as i will probably be able to use some moral support around hour 12, if anyone's interested.
