Normally since I am a VIP they cash me within a few hours, but today I cashed hours ago and I haven't even gotten a email about the cashout?

I cashed out a couple hundred a few days ago and got a confirmation right away.

For me it always takes about 15 min to my neteller account.
But i sended in a copy of my passport and creditcard.
