So i've been doing pretty well with the blackjack bonus whoring, but i was wondering if the same could be done with video poker? I was wondering if there were any sites out there that had reviews and strategy cards for the different casinos for video poker like onlineblackjackguide does for blackjack? I hear that video poker can have around 100% payback or better if you play perfect strategy? So does anyone have a link with the strats for different games and different sites? Thanks in advance for all the help!

Actually the same site you listed above is developing a video poker strategy section...parts of it are up right now. You can also go to www.wizardofodds.com (http://www.wizardofodds.com) to find complete strategies for all the video poker games. I've started the video poker tour and I would strongly suggest doing the following 2 right away:

All Slots Casino: Buy $25 get an extra $100 (wager $2500 approximately).

King Neptunes Casino: Buy $50 get an extra $100 (wager $2050)

I came out well ahead on both of these using the Viper autoplay and the strategy the site suggested (though I'm sure there were probably a few errors). Good luck.

I tried those two it says "Upgrade Unavailable" when I look at Video Poker games.

Did you have problems getting the "upgrades" to download?

What's the secret?

Wow great call here! I just hit a Straight Flush on Neptune! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I don't see able to see/edit the autoplay strategy I'm using, it's just using what it calls "Optimal".

I'm playing .25 Jacks or Better at max 5 coins (1.25) for 1600 hands is that what you did?

I did .50 max 5 coins on jacks or better. At Neptune I ended up at $250 exactly and at All Slots I ended up at $125 so a pretty good profit from both of them. I also tried First Web Casino which is $25 deposit and an additional $77 bonus. These have to be wagered 15 times so a total of $1530 wagered. I busted out about half way through, but it was definitely worth a shot. I think the next one I will try is Sun Vegas Casino which is a $40 deposit and $60 bonus. I've also found a considerable amount of casinos that offer $25 deposits and a $50 bonus (These are all Viper of course so I can use autoplay).

The ones that offer the above (I haven't read the actual terms so I'm not 100% sure on it) are All Jackpots, Cinema Casino, and 777 Dragon. Good luck.

So far so good.
KingNeptune $50in/$335 cashin
AllSlots $25in/$136 cashin

I moved onto PlatinumPlay which has a buy $50 get $100 + $10 (Neteller). It's structured weird.

You have to wager your full purchase of $50 before you get the $100 + $10 so I bet 100 hands at $1.25 and now I'm waiting for both bonuses (24hrs) then you have to wager to clear them before you cashin. It's 15x50 for the $100 and 20x10 for the $10 ... which is odd, but, whatever.

I wasn't sure if I needed $50 or $100 but it's 24 hours to find out so I just wagered $125 and was done with it.

Anyway it ends up at either $1000 or $1050 to get $110 bonus on $50.

For Platinum Play the bonus wagering requirements are actually 15X (deposit + bonus)= 15*(150)=$2250. This is pretty standard and it's what I had to do when I played this casino awhile back. Also, be wary of the Neteller bonus, they may make you play the 10 dollars 20 times and then your deposit again another 15 * 50. You should probably email or call them and say you don't want the extra $10. It's probably not worth it to have to play another 15*50+20*10=$950 in wagering requirements. Also I think Platinum Play allows blackjack still if you enjoy that too. Good luck.

Thanks a ton for the info. I'll try hitting up the sites you recommended right away. Do you know if the odds are better for BJ or the video poker? and is jacks or better the best odds for video poker or is deuces wild or aomething else? Thanks again!

Jacks or better is a pretty solid bet. If you look around at wizardofodds.com you might find a slightly better game, but I'm not sure. I've pretty much just done jacks or better. I think that blackjack has slightly better odds though its very close. Video poker has a lot greater swings though. You could win a lot but you could lose right away. The casinos that I've mentioned don't allow blackjack to fulfill the wagering requirements. I usually pick blackjack to fulfill a bonus if they let you since the risk of ruin isn't as great even if the odds are about the same. If you're looking for other casinos to hit up that allow blackjack I would definitely start at Lucky Nugget, Starluck, and Planetluck.

well that's 2000 spins @ $1.25 that's about the same as I did the others (Neptune and AllSlots).

I went there cause it was one of the 200%ers.

Did you do LuckyNugget? do BJ there not VP?

Whenever you have a choice between blackjack and VP, always choose blackjack. About the same house edge, much much much lower variance.

Yeah, definitely. I did Lucky Nugget which has an awesome bonus. Buy $50 and get an extra $200. If you are risk averse and want to try and keep as much of the bonus $200 as possible you should definitely play Blackjack and use the autoplay feature (make sure to adjust it to not split 6's against a 7 and 7's against an 8). Video Poker will have about the same expected value but a much higher variance. That is you will either go bust or cash out a large sum. In blackjack you are pretty much guaranteed to make money if you use autoplay and $1 bets. Hard to lose $200 over the wagering requirements.
