2/4 pot limit omaha hi. I have $180
I hold Q-8/D 10-9/H in the BB.
The 2nd player raised to $8. The cutoff, Button, & SB call.
I say. "Why not?" and call.
Is this a hand where a compound error is destined to occur?

I was busy trying to count possible outs & redraws; when I looked up, it was $40 to me with the original raiser betting and the button calling. I RAISED(all-in)! That didn't work all that well for me. So, I'm asking for help now although I probably needed it yesterday.
OK, is calling before the flop recommended?
How many of my outs/redraws are probably losers, given the action?
Is a call on the flop pretty bad? When should I escape?
I feel this is a recurrung theme. Please provide global and specific advise. Thank you.
