Trying to get a WPT seat Party 300+25 satelite tonite. Get down to two tables I had about 9k average was about double that. blinds were 500/1000 - only 7 money spots I have no hope of passively making any of the 7 spots.
Early position with 14k makes a 3500 bet I move in with 99 - everyone else folds... he thinks for ages then calls - shows 55 flop XX5 end of my WPT hopes out in 20th. 2 outer dammmmmm
At leat I lost with the best of it at the beggining. One of my better finishes though - practice makes closer to perfect!
Not looking for advice I think it was played properly given I had to make move soon - just thought I would share. 20 was decent finish i thought - too bad there is no consolation prizes - I would even take a hat and be happy.

Edit: Two dimes puts me at 80% preflop - I thought this would be higher .25:1 isn't bad though
