I'm supposed to be playing at 9:30. I'm trying to sit down at HULA 5 and it won't let me. Earlier, I contacted support so that I could play. They said everything was arranged and I was able to sit down at HULA 6. What's going on?

(Doug's new automated response to anything and everything TPC)

Keep talking to live support until you feel comfortable with your setup. I could help take care of it, but it's getting hard to micro-manage all of this. The site is small enough that support actually has the power to fix things for you, and a lot of HULA players are raving about the speed and understanding support has shown (they actually speak English!)

PS...Yes, they are swamped, and it is somewhat likely you won't get through on your first try if you attempt live support. Keep trying, you will fix your problem faster than I can.

I just talked to support and they resolved the problem within seconds. I guess they do not activate accounts for all of the HULA tables initially, rather just HULA 6.

I had the same problem. I could only log onto some HULA tables. I re-did online support, explained the problem, requested that I be able to sit at all HULA tables, and the problem was fixed within minutes.

Same thing happened yesterday when I was trying to sit down for my game.

Restart and it was ok.

Exactly Homer. The same thing happened to me.

So anyone who needs access in future ask to be added to the Guest List for ALL HULA tables.

ThePokerClub, just did a major overhaul of their client and it's buggy and looks horrible! Their old interface was my favorite, pleasing to the eye and well laid out. Couple that with the super soft play and it was a great place for low-limit and PL. I hope they change it back. And yes, their support is good. Which is probably much easier with the low volumes of players, but from my experience they are genuinely concerned with keeping you happy.
