What's states is it legal to play in? ANyone know?

Online poker is legal in Texas.

Expecially funny since live games are illegal.

Is it really legal here in KY? I never thought to look just figured it wasnt. Wow, I think that might even take a little of the fun out of it.

It was in an article abvout some guy who got fined/arrested for playing in SD, then he moved to KY were it was legal
