The only thing he can do to win in November, besides stealing, is to let another 9-11 happen like he did the first time.
Of course, he may already have Osama in custody, but they'd have to find a way to kill him and make it look legitimate. They can never let him testify. I don't think they will ever let Saddam testify, either.
