Newbie to Omaha

I playing my first pot limit Omaha Tournament today and after the first hour I checked to see what percentage of flops seen and was it was 66 percent, Is this too high? When I play Hold Em I usally only average 20-25 percent.

this is definitely too high, especially in a tournament where you should be avoiding gambling on close situations. your percentage should be more like the 20-25% you have in hold 'em, and lower than that if it is an aggressive game.
