I have seen every Simpsons episode and here's my guess

I don't think that exact quote was in any of the episodes, but in "Rosebud" (classic episode BTW) "Go to hell, you old bastard" is said, I believe.

and! I THINK, in "Who shot Mr. Burns" the old dude just says "YOU bastard!" to some guy.

last one, in case both those are wrong, in "Home Sweet Home" the recording says "you negligent monster!"

I think it's the "You Negligent Monster" quote. I don't recall "negligent bastard" from any episode....

did I put bastard? I think it WAS monster. Oh well you were closest but didn't say the actual episode, which is the one where bart maggie and lisa are taken as foster children by the flanders. When homer tries to call there, he gets a message that says "the number you are trying to reach can no longer be dialed from this location, you negligent monster"
