so today i finally downloaded pokertracker.
i log onto empire and play 253 hands according to empire stats. i import all the hands into pokertracker and it only shows 210 hands. it seems to get error for alot of hands. when i was going thru the different hands i was dealt, i noticed that it didnt show any AK hands and i had a key AK hand. so i went back and found the hand and copied it by itself to a new txt file to see if it would work and it gives the same error "Error getting pre-flop information for game #433977026."

why is pokertracker not importing this hand and others?
