I have a big problem...

I turned on my computer and tried to go into Empire Poker and play. I had a screen popup saying that I was running an older version of Empire...(older than a few hours ago seeing as I am an addict) It asked me to click ok to upgrade the files so I did. Now I can't open it..It is stuck on saying that it still has 1 second left.WTF? Any advice and if someone can give me a number I can call to Party or Empire that would be greatly appreciated. I have done that and I have even gone as far as uninstalling it and installing it again. Even when I go to the website it tells me i'm running an older version and the same thing happens.

This is really pissing me off.....I can't even run Party Poker...same things happening. I need a number so I can call them...can someone help me?
