I've been having increasing difficulty obtaining hand histories from Paradise in the past few weeks. They have been coming on a delayed basis, sometimes 6-8 hours after the request.
I have been using the PokerTracker Real Time Window, and will usually download every 10 hands or so, but not anymore.
This morning I received only half of the hands I played and requested last night. Now I get a message that this function is disabled, and to "try later" - but since they only will furnish 100 hands max, that effectively means no hand histories until further notice.
Anyone know what's going on here, and are the hand histories about to become "expendable"??
