JJ Preflop Hand Question

UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 raises, CO folds, Button 3-bets, Hero folds, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls.

I didn't have any reads on anyone, but I thought that my only options were Raise and Fold. I thought there was enough of a chance that I was way behind, and I had bad position, so I decided to fold. Should I have raised instead?

If you are up against one overpair, you will might win 16 percent of the time, and if you are lucky to not be up against an overpair, you might win 22 percent of the time. If you don't know anything about your opponents, I think you should play here, and hope that you are in one of the situations that will work out well for you.
